You can indulge in a range of relaxing or therapeutic treatments by a caring and professional therapist. She will help release your stress and tension, allowing the body and mind to relax, rejuvenate and refocus. Every attention to detail is taken to provide an environment that is comfortable so that you can get the most from the treatments you choose.
Fresh innovative meals and snacks are available to suit your needs and tastes. Healthy eating will help you to gain loads of energy, fight infections and disease and look and feel great. We provide the freshest foods from our garden and local suppliers to tantalise your taste buds.
Your Day spa package - *$195pp - includes:
One hour treatment – of your choice (Massage-aromatherapy, remedial, deep tissue, cupping, myopractic, Facials, Sea salt exfoliation, i-Detox foot detox & foot corrections treatment, a Chakra balance or Spinal Flow.
Sauna, spa, swim and morning or afternoon tea with hot muffins plus delicious indulgent lunch platters.
*A healthy version or vegan, gluten or lactose free is an extra $20.
Add another one hour treatment for $90 or a 3/4 hour treatment for $75
Choose morning (9-1) or afternoon (1.30-5.30)
